At Gaia K-Beauty, every order is carefully prepared with intention—so your skincare arrives safely, authentically, and ready to support your skin.

Processing Time

In-Stock Items (Ships from California)

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Partner Shipping (Ships from Korea)

Some curated items are fulfilled through our trusted partners in Korea to ensure access to select authentic Korean skincare products.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination
  • Orders containing both in-stock and partner-shipped items may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

Partner-shipped products are clearly labeled on the product page so you can shop with clarity and confidence.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

U.S. Orders — In-Stock Items

  • Standard Shipping: typically 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: typically 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: typically 1–2 business days

Partner-Shipped Items

  • Partner Shipping: estimated delivery within 7–14 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: typically 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $50.
  • Free shipping applies to in-stock items shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Free shipping does not apply to partner-shipped items, international orders, or expedited services.
  • Partner-shipped items may be subject to a separate partner shipping fee, shown at checkout.

International Shipping & Duties

Gaia K-Beauty ships to select international destinations.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier fees required by their country.
  • Gaia K-Beauty is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or import restrictions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and tracking link.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and partner-shipped items may receive separate tracking numbers.
  • Tracking visibility may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Carrier Limitations

Some partner-shipped and international orders may be fulfilled through economy carriers such as DHL eCommerce, postal partners, or other international delivery networks.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Tracking updates may be limited, delayed, or stop after the package leaves the origin country.
  • Final delivery confirmation may not always be available depending on the carrier or destination.
  • Economy shipping services are not fully insured unless shipping insurance is purchased.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Gaia K-Beauty cannot control carrier delays, customs processing, tracking updates, or final delivery outcomes.

Reporting Delivery Issues

To ensure timely support, missing or undelivered package concerns must be reported within:

  • 14 days of the last tracking update, or
  • 30 days from the shipment date, whichever comes first.

Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation, replacement, refund, or claim support.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Gaia K-Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or undelivered packages once they have been shipped and handed to the carrier.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered, please check with:

  • Your household members
  • Neighbors
  • Building management or front desk
  • Your local post office or delivery carrier

If tracking does not show delivery, available support will depend on the shipping method selected, carrier policies, insurance status, and the timeframe in which the issue is reported.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be available at checkout.

  • If shipping insurance is selected, Gaia K-Beauty will assist with filing a claim for eligible lost or damaged packages.
  • If shipping insurance is not selected, the shipment is sent at the customer’s risk.
  • Without shipping insurance, Gaia K-Beauty cannot guarantee a replacement, refund, or reimbursement for lost, missing, stolen, damaged, or undelivered packages.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

  • Gaia K-Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
  • If you choose to cancel an undeliverable returned order, a $13.95 return fee may be deducted from your refund.

Refused Shipments

Orders refused by the customer upon delivery are not eligible for a full refund.

Return shipping fees, handling fees, carrier charges, and any related costs will be the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the order total.

Changes to Your Order

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address, shipping method, or delivery destination.
