Refund policy


At Gaia K-Beauty, we take great care in curating authentic Korean skincare designed to support real skin.

Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
  • After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and promotional purchases (FINAL SALE)
  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Samples or free gifts (must be returned if included in eligible returns)
  • Items with damaged or altered packaging not caused by transit
  • International orders (see below)

International Orders

  • All international orders are final sale
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for international shipments
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees

Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund Process

  1. Email support@gaiakbeauty.com with the subject "Return Request"
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Description of the request
    • Photo proof (if applicable)
  3. Wait for return approval before sending any items

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval
  • Refund amount will reflect:
    • Applied discounts
    • Restocking fee
    • Any deductions for missing items (e.g., free gifts)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photo evidence

We will evaluate and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping-Related Issues

Gaia K-Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or missing packages after shipment
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entry

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping fees will apply
  • A return handling fee may be deducted from your refund

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in order dispute documentation being submitted to the payment provider, including proof of shipment, policy acceptance, and transaction records.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
