The I’m From Rice Toner is a bi-phase brightening toner made with 77.78% Yeoju rice extract, prized for its ability to clarify, hydrate, and improve overall skin texture. With each shake, the nutrient-rich water and emollient layers blend to form a milky toner that instantly smooths, plumps, and nourishes your skin. 1. Shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers evenly.
2. Dispense 2–4 drops onto your palms or a cotton pad.
